Canterbury Shaker Village, a National Historic Landmark, is seeking a Manager of Marketing and  Communications. With an understanding and appreciation for the Museum’s mission and goals, the Manager of Marketing and Communications is responsible for planning and implementing an effective multi-year, multi-faceted marketing strategy.

Primary responsibilities include: developing, implementing, and managing all communications, advertising, publicity, and institutional marketing for Canterbury Shaker Village. The successful candidate will also oversee all group sales and rentals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10 years experience in marketing and communications.

Minimum BA degree and museum experience desirable. Success factors include excellent interpersonal and communications skills with proven success in achieving marketing goals; extensive writing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Quickbooks Point of Sale.
