We’re seeking a Public Affairs Associate; a highly motivated, outgoing, creative individual with public policy experience to help further our work in the provision and protection of women’s health care and family planning services in New Hampshire.  The person in this position will represent PPNNE at public events, collaborate with health care providers and community partners and work strategically with other advocacy organizations and federal and state officials to advance opportunities for quality, cost-effective health services in the advent of federal health care and Medicaid reform.  We require that candidates have: an in-depth understanding of the legislative process and current health policy trends; proven success as an advocate; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and experience working in coalitions with a diversity of partners.  Candidates must also have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
