Boston PRoud – an evening to raise money for The One Fund Boston

To support their community in the wake of the bombing tragedy at the Boston Marathon, more than 20 area PR firms are coming together to host “Boston PRoud” on May 29.

“I can’t recall any other time where members of this many competing PR firms will be in the same room. That’s evidence of the psychic impact this event has had on people here,” says Ed Cafasso, senior vice president, Solomon McCown, and a member of PRSA’s Boston Chapter. “It will be great to be united as Bostonians and good corporate citizens.”

Festivities will include a cash bar, raffle prizes and hors d’oeuvres sponsored by PR Newswire.  Please register in advance if you are interested in attending.  A $20 cash donation is requested, with all proceeds going directly to One Fund Boston.
