Panelists include Thomesena Shaw APR, professor of public relations at Bridgewater State University, her research focuses on social justice and social activism, sustainability, and crisis management; and Lisa Bergeron APR, assistant professor of communication at Bridgewater State University, her research interests include crisis communication, organizational reputation, climate communication and the scholarship of teaching and learning in public relations.

The webinar will be moderated by PRSA Greater Worcester Chapter’s president-elect, Cristal Steuer, APR. She is executive director of Strategy & Placement at TVP Communications, where she leads the development and execution of TVP’s media strategy, as well as spearheads its national and trade media relations outreach for its clients.
